Do I need Shopify Plus for this?
Not for everything. Checkout branding, accelerated checkout, and post-purchase offers work on standard Shopify plans. Deep checkout customization, including custom UI extensions and advanced in-checkout logic, requires Shopify Plus. We will tell you honestly what your plan supports and whether an upgrade is worth it for your store, rather than pushing you toward Plus by default.
Won't upsells hurt my conversion rate?
Done badly, yes. Done well, they lift order value without touching conversion. We place upsells where they add value rather than block the buyer, and post-purchase offers run only after the original order is already complete, so there is zero risk to your base conversion. We measure both numbers and pull back anything that does not earn its place.
